Residence visa for my mother

I am under husband sponsor and I just deliver to my baby boy. My mother is here under family visit visa and we would like her to stay here with us. The problem is they dont allow parents to be under the sponsorship of my husband.

They told us that we can apply for Kadama Visa but from other nationalities.

I really like my mother to stay with us because she is also leaving alone in the Philippines.

A friend told me that I can find someone with other nationalities who wants to give visa too to their family member and just exchange. I'll sponsor her/his relatives and he/she will sponsor my mother.

Would that be fine? and anyways I dont know anyone need help with same problem as mine.
