Visa Rejected

My Visa got rejected twice in a month , my employer(semi govement organization) is telling me the reason for the same is National Security(they are not sure of the issue related to that either its my Name [some guy with same Name created nuisance] or something else), they also told me it cannot be overcome and cannot ask about the issue.
All i wanted to ask you guys is do you think it is plausible explanation or they are just making an excuse.
I have invested alot of money and time in this and it really hurt when you someone tell you that there is problem with your name.:(
I know my recruiter he is a good guy,he was my manager ,back in the states he earned a lot of respect and reputation.
There must be an issue with HR or some other people then.

There might be some fight on the nationality within the department / section of your work place ..... Some narrowminded people try to stop entry of other individuals in their gang ... Sat , 08.03.2014 , 12.20 hrs ...

although i really dont know why they gave me offer letter in first place.. its an semi-goverment organization and i am sure that there are lot of position open and they need people like me

@Batman : r u alive really ?? coz in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, batman seems Dead,,,,,lol :) For ur information regarding ur visa, it seems ur company is lying with ease,,,,,,,i guess they hav not applied for ur visa or so and they r jus giving u $tupid reasons,,,,,,coz most of the companies r lying with such things,,,,,this happened to my friend in the last year,,,,,my company assured my friend that they wil provide him visa,,,,,,,but when he returned back 2 India, they didnt do anything abt it and simply kept of telling my friend that they hav filed for visa for him in govt. and they r waiting for reply,,,but they were lieing that time,,,,,,so jus move ahead with other company,,,,,,b careful :)
