Please take the advice of Accha. 30 days is short and you can't even negotiate further because of time constraint. There is no use of working in Qatar and be away from home if you can't save something or send a decent amount to your family. If there is an offer there before coming, will be favorable for you. You need lots of luck within that 30 days to get a good job with decent pay.

It all depends on your luck. Some people run around for months with no results. Why don't you first take a job from your home country and a visa from the employer here before you make a move.
