Modifying my Nissan patrrol

Hello, can someone please help me?, i want to make some small customizations on my nissan patrol 1998,i would like my interior to be done over, would like to respray the car a different colour (yes i know about the police proceure etc). Can someone tell me wheres a good place to go?. and perhaps a rough pricing on painting it?
