Algerian woman and Qatar's visa

Hello,

I need help concerning working in Qatar... there's an issue with the visa for Algerians even if we're hired.. But somes companies (Diplomatic club for example) can get them/us visas, my question is: Do you know any companies where, if I apply for any vacancy (matched to my experience), could provide visas for Algerian ?
