Hi QL,

I have applied for my family RP visa during this weekend and it get rejected by yesterday. Today, I went to their office to inquire the reason and captain without telling me anything asked for meeting which is scheduled to 20th April, but I have to go back to my country before 25th April to attend some very important function and I was thinking to bring my family on way back, but with this date It looks I can't do.... So my questions are

  1. If during this period I applied for family visit visa and if it get apporved, will this impact on my RP application ? if yes, than how ?
  2. If it's (visit visa) not impacting on my RP application, and my RP application get approved, than on which visa I could bring my family (should I need to convert this visit visa) ?
  3. If my RP application is still than rejected, than after how much time I can apply for RP again ?
  4. If I don't appy for visit visa during this period and my RP application is rejected, than after how much time I can apply for visit visa (or RPrejection will have no impact on visit visa)?

Looking forward to sincere response/advises....

Really thanks in advance...

Normally it is easy to Get Family Visit if you are already a resident. Then you can process your Family RP within this six months. RP has long process time including 6 Months for Bank Statements and Sitting/hearing with authorities etc... Still a lot of applications get rejected. So Get a Family Visit and bring them with you and proceed for RP later. For more advise, contact [email protected] for personal contact number.
