Excellent tailor needed to make wedding dress

I am looking for an excellent tailor who can make a wedding dress from being shown a picture of a dress. I am wanting the tailor to fidn/supply the different materials. Also good in spoken English would be helpful. Please if you know of any tailor share their details with me. Thanks!
