I'm not able to open my Seagate goflex 1Tb external HDD which was locked with Bitlocker.

Could somebody can figure out the problem with my Seagate HDD and gimme a solution to fix it?

I encrypted the files using Bitlocker Software. Even if i enter the correct passwod it displays some error.

It shows the error "BitLocker can't access the drive because of a problem with the PC or the drive itself"

Error Code: 0x8007007a

Sombody please help me to recover all the data as they are very important to me.

I tried that already. And it doesn't work wit any of the PC i connected.

1. Try stopping any security software that is running.

2. Update your pc

3. if you have installed any program related to bitlocker, uninstall it, reboot you pc and reinstall the program.

4. if it still doesn't work do a system restore from the date bitlocker was running properly.
