Hi..My brother-in-law is admitted in Dubai Hospital since 28th March 2014. He is a known case of Parkinson's disease. We have tried to do his Surgery from UAE or Qatar but didn't find any doctor but only in India whcih will cost near about 100,000 Riyals. Just want to ask how can I get financial help because Charity centres already refused to help me out. Please if anyone knows the better way or source please help me.
