3 Gulf nationality citizens was sentenced to 3 years of jail for Impersonating police officers

The case to the accused intercepted by resident Indian was driving his car , accompanied by his friend and They searched the car and grab his wallet and  500 riyals , before the taking of the victim to the area of ​​Mansoura , claiming he was taken to the police station , and beating him and forcing him to step out of the car and fled .

The prosecutors charged the defendants charged with robbery and impersonating a public office , and demanded punished materials (1/ 1337 / 1340 / 1343 / 5.6 ) of the Penal Code , where the first suspect confessed to the crime and denied the second .

The victim testified in court that he was driving area Mansoura when surprised by Land Cruiser Following him and its leader, fired machine alarm and pointed out to him to stop , and when he got off the car claimed the defendants that they police officers , and asked him the second defendant directed all his belongings , while asked the first defendant reservation on the driver's license and ID card , then the second defendant, take him to the  land cruisers , and the Impersonator told him that he would be  released and not being taken to the police station against the amount of money but he refused.

The victim testified the second defendant that they took his wallet, with the first defendant beat him on the head .

The court concluded from listening to the testimony of the witness and asked the prosecutor to condemn the accused in accordance with the provisions ordered referral court decided the case of the rule book for today's meeting.

According to the sentence : that the court assured that the accused stole the purse of the victim for the night by way of coercion and impersonating a public function , which is the doctrine of the court had been formed and was reassured of Health and the assignment of the charge to the accused what needs to be with the judiciary to condemn the accused and the punishment prescribed in Article ( 337/1 ) as punishment pursuant to Article 85 of the same law the most pursuant to Article 234/2 of the Criminal Procedure .

She added: For these reasons, the Court issued its previous ruling to punish the accused to imprisonment for a period of 3 years from what was given to them , and the removal of the second defendant from the state after the completion of the execution of the sentence .
