Why so much attestation is necessary ? Are there many cheats around ?

Thanks for the useful information. Please clarify the following if you know,

1). My educational & marriage certificate were attested as per your guidelines. Still Arabic translation of documents need.

2). I have the attested tenancy contract. but the electricity bill is not in my name. Electricity bill is a mandatory. how can we get electricity bill on our name

if you know please share it

Current Process in Family Visa:

1. Salary Letter from Employer -salary overall to be minimum 12000 QAR (Arabic - Typed and addressed to MOI-Immigration Dept) - Contact your PRO of Company.

2. Copy of Your passport and Work VISA Page

3. Copy of your Education Certificate (ATTESTED - See Below for attestation details)

4. Wife's Passport Copy

5. Marriage Certificate (ATTESTED - See Below for attestation details)

6. Child(s) Birth Certificate(s) (ATTESTED - See Below for attestation details)

7) rent agreement duly attested by muncipility (muncipilty shall require another set of documents like copy of title, copy of owner QID, lay out, etc. for stamping)

8, 6 Months bank statement

REMEMBER - FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SEPERATELY ATTACHED.

FOR ATTESTATION:

Following attestations are required on the Originals (Process period 45-60 days)

1. Attested by concerend region/State HRD

2. Notarization (NOTERY) from Magistrate or your home country

3. Ministry Of External affairs from your home country

4. Qatar Embassy - in your home country

5. At the end - Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)- in Qatar
