whats the best workout?
i am trying to lift jassim's group by its first story.
so, for all those happy exercisers, tell us your workout routine?
what do you prefer?
are you into yoga or aerobics?
whats your aerobic routines? videos or running on corniche or treadmill or working the machines?
most important question is..........do you exercise?
do you feel healthy?
i am into aerobics with strength training. somehow i sadly dont see the effects on me, like i would love to see, but thats a whole different issue to be tackled:-D
