Is NBI clearance required for a housemaid visa?

Hello po mga kabayan! I need your help. We went to CID last week for my
aunts' fingerprint. We approached the CID officer and he told me the
new procedure. Instead of falling in line, you can now log in in MOI
with all necessary informations etc.. We arrived in CID office 7:30 and
and the officer police told me to go to any internet cafe to input all
the details. Most internet cafe's open at 8 and it should be in arabic
so to make the story we didn't finish the clearance.

Now my question is does she needs NBI clearance also even housemaid
visa? If yes, I have to go to Phil Embassy and apply NBI clearance for
her???

She didn't bring her NBI clearance also . I checked the thread posted by Pam_qatar and I got some idea.
