Info about various courses

Assalaamu alaykum sisters
I have copied & pasted 2 emails I received regarding courses. Here they are:

We are pleased to update you about our ongoing activities at the center.

The regular morning classes have started last week and a large number of new students registered for the courses. We have a total of nearly 75 students.

This year, we are offering Tajweed & Arabic courses (different levels). The classes are held every Monday and Wednesday. There are also separate Beginners Arabic classes on Tuesday morning, for those who can only attend one time a week on Tuesday.

For now, we are not having the regular Tafseer and Islamic Studies classes or the evening classes, but we are hoping to organize them and hopefully will make an announcement as soon as we have more information inshaAllaah.

Coming to the summer project "Juzz 3Amma memorization", a small test for the participants is scheduled for Thursday, 6th November, from 4-6 pm. A gathering will be arranged the week after it ishaAllaah, for the successful sisters.

The 2nd project "Understanding Juzz 3Amma", the participants and the winners will also be invited for the gathering inshaAllaah.

Some new projects are under preparation and will be send out once they are ready. keep on checking your email.s If you have any suggestions, feel free to send to us.

That's all about Maryam Center. Now let's share some outside news:

A new site "towardshuda" is in progress and will be launched soon. It will provide information about activities held at different centers in Doha for the non-Arabic speakers.

The site, also will have a section of E-books, free for downloading and also provide useful Islamic information.

Fanar, QICC have started morning and evening Arabic classes for sisters.

Morning:

Class : Level 1 and Level 2
Day : Sunday & Tuesday
Times : 8-10 am &
: 10-12 am
Location : 3rd Floor (Fanar)

Evening:

Class : Level 1 and Level 2
Day : Sunday & Tuesday
Times : 5-7 pm &
: 7-9 pm
Location : 3rd Floor (Fanar)

Also there will be a fiqh class, starting from next week.
