Advice on Work permit for Pakistani national

Dear QL community,

Need your advice in this matter.I am Bcom Honors MBA Finance with 5 years work exp of Accounts/Finance and admin want to visit qatar for job search.

been hearing these rumors that its difficult to get RP for Pakistani national.

Any one have experienced such or have some info ...kindly comment

As per Qatari immigration department, Residence Permits are not given for Pakistani passports anymore. However, some companies have been able to get the residence permits through their ministerial connections. It depends a great deal on the company.
