Court case and Travel ban.

Hi Friends, Just need a piece of advise from you, I have learned that I have a court case and Travel ban filed by QTel but I immediately settled the matter as soon as I learned this.  I went to court to settle the case and I was able to finally obtain a letter than I am cleared from any legal responsibilites from Qtel/Ooredoo. The officer from the court told me that immedialely (like 1 hour) they will remove he travel ban.

"I was able to obtain an exit permit". So I tried to leave for a vacation last night but I was stopped in the airport saying that I have a travel ban.

I showed the letter but the officer told me that "I beleieve you habibi that you are cleared as it says on the letter. Even if you have an exit permit I can't let you go because the system still says you have a travel ban. Go back to court again"

Now I am confused. I saw the court officer updated the system and faxed the letter to imigration and yet  still have a travel ban and I have an exit permit!

What do yo think I should do? Go to court or immigration? Any piece of good and relevant advise?

given a exit permit, somthing is fishy, who is the black cat here ?????
