Is t require to get mariage certifcate attested if i have my name on my wife passort and her name on my passport

My name is not required in my wife's passport if I get my marriage certificate attested. This information I have confirmed and few of my friends also has the same situation. They attested the marriage certificate both in India and Qatar without having their names on wives passport. Now they are living together here, no issues in getting visit visa.

I think what you referrend marriage certificate in urdu is Nikah Namah issued by Qazi. Now you have to take this Nikah Namah (Your name & spouse name should be same as in passport) to your district wakf board in India and they will issue Marriage Certificate in English. I think your name should be added in Passport to issue visa (check with your PRO). Later handover the marriage certificate to the agent in your place for attestation from MOFA.

Take ur Nikah Nama (urdu marriage certificate) to ur Wakf or Awqaf Board and ask them to issue ur marriage certificate , it will be issued in English ,

Attestation to be done in India (better give it to agent he will do it for you) for 5000-6000 Rs

And in Qatar is easy process to do Mofa Attestation.

This Certificate is enough for applying family visa.

Dear,

First complete all the necessary attestations from India ( I don't remember completely, but there are 2 attestations ) and then get it translated in Arabic. then get it attested from the Indian embassy here in Doha, and finally from MOFA. I might have forgotten some steps in between, but its almost this way. cheers and best wishes for your marriage.
