definite , Indefinite & unlimited duration Contract

Hi could anyone shed some light on what exactly the above terms mean with regards to QATAR labor Law,

I came to qatar in 2011 and had signed a 2 year contract and after its completion just continued without renewing it, So i come under an unlimited duration contract...??

Under the new KAFALA rule can i change the sponsorship now or do i have to wait for Minimum 5 Years

imho, you are on a limited contract. it is just automatically renewed every year for reason that you and your employer have not discussed it.
