No NOC 4 Govt. Job Offer?

Hi Friends,

I was working in Doha, my contract ended I left Qatar this March 2014 & moved to UAE without cancelling my RP (Qatar) which expired on May 2014. Now I got offer from Government Organization in Qatar, as an “Engineer”.

In the light of above can I get new Visa (RP) sponsor by "Government Organization" which can stamp on Passport?

As I heard no need for NOC if Govt Job Offer, please advise in this matter.

NOC from your previous Qatar employer will be needed, if you want to stamp Govt Visa, better transfer the employment from previous company to Govt Orginzation
