Sponsorship change

Hello everyone.

I submitted all the required documents for change of sponsorship from individual [personal ] to the company, in the emmigration.

But the lady there, in her limited english, said for females ,a document is required from the labour ministry I guess of ur country to be submitted.She said this is the new rule She couldnt eloberate more .

                 If any one can advise and clarify please, as to what I need to do??
