leave

Dear Friends,

i am working in a private sector, i want your valuable suggetion on the below matter...

i planned for an leave of 2 months, to perform haj from indian haj committee with my family, the 2 months leave is because of 30 days of pacakage and 15 days for the visa process, 15 days in case of some delay, and before i plan i got verbal approval from my boss, and i proccessed the haj application, by god willing i got selected, after that i submitted my leave which was approved for 2 months, unfortunately i got transfer to another project with the same company, when i joined i informed my immediate boss regarding my plan for leave, he agreed after that i applied for the leave which was approved by my immediate boss, but my department head the boss of my immediate boss has cancelled my leave, i dont understand what to do now, i have proccessed every thing with the haj committe like submission of passport of my family, and the payment, but for me the last date of submission of my passport is mid of august still 2 months to go.... please suggest if there is any legal procedures that i can go through...........
