can anyone help me regarding secondment? my current employer HR Manager & PRO's told me that I have to complete my one year in my current employeer befor i can use the secondment, Im new in doha and im only 6 months in my current company, but there are some good job offers from other company thats why i want to end my employment with my current employeer with the use of secondment law. can any one help me please????
