Total share is limited 80 @ RS.50 lacks per share.
Total 40 crores must be our contribution, which shall be divided into 80 shares and one share costs 50 lacks Total share is 80. Minimum one share @ 50 lacks and maximum is unlimited.
The crops are vegetables & fruits. Normally 10 mango trees can be accommodated in one acre in our country. We will plant hy-breed export oriented 500 to 600 mango trees in one acre of land. We will plant medicinal plants as per the market requirements.
Also organic cow, milk and allied products, bafellow, goats, fish and different birds for export. Making organic fertilizer, manure,pesticides are in a separate trading division. Discussions are in progress with foreign partners for buy back some products including medicinal plants. Medicinal plants will be planted as per the customer's long term requirements.
We never submitted any report to NABARD and the feasibility report or complete project report will not be published to a unknown party whom we do not know their identity and financial status.
We had selected three sites ( Kaniakumary, sindhu durg in Maharashtra and Idukki)
Financial planning, finalisation of the site, project report, subsidy, bank loan, infrastructure and every thing will be discussed and finalised once the expert professional managing committee is established. Because, I am only one share holder and I am not the MD for the compan. Kindly note that this is not an existing company and this is not dealing a particular product. This company is an extra ordinary, multi discipline, multi product, multi activities which are dependable in MONEY or CAPITAL. If there is more money we can engage more business in one project and get more ROI. If the investment is minimum, the ROI is minimum.
We are getting more enquiries from overseas including Qatar. So that I made an explanation about the project. If you have any sincerity and commitment in your next generation, forget about money and read the future prospectus for your family and the human health. Because this project is not committed for money, but for the human health of next generation.
Also note that we can't never see a matured teak tree in this farm in our life. The first matured teak tree in our farm, that is for your next generation.
