GEAR NOT ENTERING IN MY SUZUKI SWIFT CAR

Gear changes in automatics are controlled by solenoids.

They are a replacement item but dependant on where they are located would mean the difference in labour costs (once it has been diagnosed).

It may be cheaper to replace the whole gearbox with a good used one.

could always be a simple wiring fault to the solenoids.

my friend i can start all the gear working except riverse and D.i can change to parking nutral .can you suggest me a best garrage to repair with location

Shifter cable? But how do you start the car in 2nd gear? Should be an interlock there.

i can drive and brig in second gear.any body knows better garage

tow your car and bring to suzuki..you can't fix it here by getting some info which will only lead you to bigger expenses and yet the problem will not be resolved.

I think its Gear box problem
