We are planning to hire a maid/Nanny to help us with our kid. Our concern is that she don't have any VISA or permit to work. How much is it safe for us to keep her on Job?

It is illegal to do so. You are exposing your home and family to unnecessary risks. You can be fined substantially for employing her. Further, if there were problems, you have no legal recourse because you can't report her to the police without exposing your own illegal actions
