What would you do if you won a million riyals?
tnx mohdata for a little tap, you and zackm are right. there is no limitation if we have a will. and as for "appose", your brain is a peanut size I guess. try to google what you said, and you will find a cure for that.....and try also to read between the lines so that u will get what my point is.....oohh! maybe your brain will not absorb it either. so, I will just elaborate it for you if u. let's say an expat earning QR700/month working as a teaboy. and he is sending money backhome almost all his earnings, just saving a few riyals for his chapathi meal for 1 month. then it his time for a vacation after 2-5 yrs here in doha. do you think when he noticed that goldy ads by duty free,by no thinking twice. he will purchase a ticket worth QR950 and return to his loveones empty handed? he maybe wise enough as a gambler if he did what zackm and mohdata said. "pretending to be smart is good, but not all smart have a common sense"
apoose: she's not being jealous, it was just an observation and even I thought that I'd never plonk down a grand against such miniscule odds, regardless of how rich/poor i was..
Knor, there is no medicine invented till for two things one is jealousy and other one for baldness.
@ knor, if you saved 3 riyals a day and put it in a jar and go to the airport for your annual return home country entitlement, you can buy one raffle ticket a year. You don't have to be rich, just try your luck :)
knor: the gambler cares not if he is rich or poor; the gambler gambles :-)
Maybe the winners are rich enough already because QR950 ticket isn't easy amount to let go for an ordinary expats living on meaner wages. nonetheless, congratulations! I'm in jaw dropped....wow!
wow that must feel crazy; enjoy it yo!
