Fog lights & car seat covers(red) on cars?

Hi to everyone, hope you guys doing fine,
Is it legal to put fog lights and change car seat cover into different collor here in Qatar? does it affect the technical inspection of a car during estimara renewal?
any suggestion, comments, recommendation are highly appreciated!

Hi, headlights emitting different coloured lights can become a problem during the checkup.. someone I know removed the stock lights and installed blue halo / Angel lights. he was asked to revert back to stock headlights. Someone else had gotten racing stripes done on his car. he was asked to remove that during the inspection. But then again, I have heard that some testing centres are more stringent than others. Either way, fog lights and interior changes should not be a problem at all.
I have never heard anyone being gifted things like that , somebody might have got those things as free samples & they may be looking for a person to clear their space and this topic came up . I doubt they would be usable after a week ! .................... Fri, 22.08.2014, 11.23 hrs
Zafira you link is not working, actually im not doing any modification on my car, just happen i bought cheap alloy rims & gift fg lights, other than that no more haha
Previously i dont have fog lights installed, just now i installed the pair of fog lights and the stock light was yellow and changed it to white, im afraid this will affect my technical inspection during estimara renewal,
What do you mean by changing the color of the fog lights? Do you mean of the light fixture/housing, or of the light it emits? I know you need permission to re-paint a car, but can't imagine you would need permission to stick on different color lights. I think both changes ought to be fine.

No. Changing interiors does not require permission and it is legal. as for fog light also, it is ok as long it is not too bright. even then also, I have never heard police catching someone for fog lights.
