min approval and visa

I was offered a job in a bank in feb 2014. Ever since HR is telling me that my case is in approval from min of labour . Now Hr communicated that they have receieved the approval and if i am willing to join they will apply visa under my name .

Since i am a pakistani how long will this visa take andalso tell me chances of rejection. Is the danger still there even after the approval from min of labour .?

So U Mean The Danger OfRejection Is OveR After The Approval From Ministry Of Labor It's Just Procedures Now .....
