Work for my brother, 25 yrs old, service and soft skills

Hi,

I currently live in Qatar, my brother would like to join me, he is 25 years old, is a qualified air host, and has a number of other service based certificates. including team leader, and crew management. he has experience in running a kids gym club with over 100 kids. dealing with parents, payments, the system, invoicing, advertising, venue management, etc.

He is a white male with english as his first language. looking for work for him that includes sponsorship.

does anyone have any suggestions?
