getting landlord to replace things
recently I have moved into a new flat, before we signed for it, it was getting cleaned with the promise that there would be a bed put into the master bedroom and all bed matresses replaced.
the next day we go to the office to sign everything (after being told it was complete). for some reason there was a complication with the key (aparently the cleaners had it and the contract was starting the next day) so we didnt get the key till the next day.
we go in...and it was still as it was a few days previous to it. no bed in master bedroom and still dirty. we complained and complained but a bed was only installed 3 days after we moved in...then they proceed to put a matress on it that had pee stains on one side and mould on the other. being told it would be replaced but thats the only one they had at that time. Now they refuse to replace it and say that its useable. Ive called landlord and estate agent and no help.
Anyone have any advice???

And also please never use this profestate, they took my money and now dont reply to me at all....even putting the phone down in my face and tell me to leave them alone when im just asking for what they promised (at that time i didnt even have a 3rd bed)..
Any advice on what I can do?
