pk 1863, ........ really? you can now pay 500 to have your NOC? really???

dear pk1863, if current company not able to give NOC ? i have any Qatar law support to ask NOC fm them ?

Dear Friend, Do an exit from your current visa. After a month you can use your new work visa for entry. Still U need to pay 500 QAR to your previous company to get the NOC.

According to the sources the kafalah system is under review. Although the announcement is to be made this month it might be postponed for further.. having high hopes it might be in full use after Jan 2015.

Then bro on the current law u will need to exit from the country and come back to qatar. According to expats in asia they have to wait for two years to get back... but in the new kafalah system u will have to stay away from qatar for six months. only solution u need is to have a mutual agreement from your former company. if not pay them to get your noc which is unlikely if the company is a top one.

present company not willing to give NOC for me...I want to know Qatar law have any clause for get release from current employer ??

gett noc from old company pay 500 riyal and change it......... but i have a doubt in ur case i think u need to exit from the old visa and get ur new company visa stamped.
