OOredoo Fiber Optics - Uuufff
Hi Guys,
People who already have fiber connection for home internet, feel lucky n be happy and god bless you.
Since 6 months i am following up with ooredoo for installation of fiber... 3 days back, ooredoo called me and gave me appointment for today for fiber installation. And they didnt turn up. Amazing thing is, this was my 5th appointment in 6 months, they call and fix appointment and nobody visit or even call. I am looking forward for faster internet at home and in need of fiber. I have plan for 2 MBPS and when fiber comes it will be 10 MBPS.
I am suffering a lot for fiber connection. Dont know what to do. I visited ooredoo personally, emailed them, called on 181... The 181 people sounds helpful, but they also sound clueless and never able to help.
Any suggestions guys how to avail service from worst company 00red00...

i have same thing they send e mail but after that no action how could post on twitter where ?
They are never trying to do this but may be in your case. Once they delayed something and i wrote on twitter tagging them. They replied in seconds and did their job.
write the same on social networkings. They do follow and reply on regular basis

Ooredoo is a joke.
I also faced same problem in last year,then i cancel my service.i will share my experiance,the interesting point is while going for cancellation i asked clearly my contract is finished 1 year or i need to continue,they said u can cancel,but after cancellation i got 800 Qr bill for before contract period i terminated the connection,then i fight with them they r ready to pay half amount,like this they will work
EMAIL TO ICT the Appointment Numbers, Ur OoredoO Account number which is printed on the Paper u received when u applied with ur Name and QID number.. Then see with in Days They will come to u.
