NEED URGENT HELP FOR CHANGE IN VISA PROFESSIONAL

Dear All,

my existing visa profession (trade) is Welder and wants to change based on my education to get the my family permanent visa . I am working in position of Quantity Surveyor having salary 15+. My education is 3 YEAR DIPLOMA OF ASSOCIATE ENGINEER IN CIVIL ENGINEERING from Pakistan. Can you someone advise which visa trade i have to apply which suit my education and , based on which i will be able to get my wife permanent visa.

Your kind help shall be highly appreciated please.
