Assalam-O-Alaikum, My sponsor given to me a release paper with signing verified by immigiration on May 2014; But my new company still did not submit my paper in immigiration and now my old company card expired so can possible to change? Advance thanks for your help.

Good Day to all! I've been working for 6 months already here in Doha.My sponsor issued me a Personal Visa, told me that after 3 - 5 months he will transfer into Company Visa. Same owner of the company. When I talked to my Manager the Egyptian telling that after 1 year to transfer my Visa. This is very sad news, I want to leave this company. Is there any chance to search another company again? They will cancelled my visa and give NOC. Please give me advice for what to do... Thank you.. And one thing more, I did not sign any contract.
