I have been in Doha since 1993 & was under father sponsorship, until I got a job in June 2013 n transferred my visa to the Company. I have got a better offer now & am i eligible to get NOC from my company?
thats why they asked you to transfer the sponsorship, i m sure this was not documented in your employment contract...ur future career decision is in their hands. you cannot move on as per your wish ontime. better u discuss with senior officials and get NOC. dont lose good opportunities when you get it.
if your current employer, like to release only......................here no rules for employees to be eligible to get NOC, only current sponsor will desired.
