No Objection to transfer employer

Good day to you guys! I have a friend who wants to ask some questions regarding change of employer here in Qatar. First is if he wants to resign from his present company to transfer to a new one, will his present company be able to cancel his visa even if he has an existing loan from a bank here in Qatar? Secondly, if in case his visa is cancelled but is given an NOC, should he go back to his country first and come back to Doha or he can already apply for a new job here? Third question, since his family is under his sponsorship, if his visa is cancelled but given an NOC, will the visas of his family be cancelled also or they will not be affected? Thanks and have a nice day!

Present sponsor can cancell his visa at any time ... Coolanchan get ut facts right its not their concern what you have in the bank or with the bank and once they cancell the visa and u have a bank loan wihout an noc or a new job thats when u become a slave to this country with nowher to go just rot till u manage to find a way to pay off.... Please get ur facts right the employer has nothing to do with your banking issues

If he cancells his visa all dependants visas will also automatically get cancelled , if he has an noc i dont see a point of cancelling he should request to transfer the visa, banks are another story he would need to Keep a guarenter during his time his end of services will be taken by the bank ,being with family i would suggest its best if he requests to transfer rather than mess up the whole situation

1. If he need cancelling his visa he need to provide clearance letter from bank...without clearing loan he will not get it and visa cannot be cancelled.

2. If he get NOC from his old company...he has to follow formalities with new company to change his sponsorship...changing sponsorship does not require visa cancellation.

Thanks anchan! So would that mean his present employer can't cancel his visa if he still has an existing loan with a bank?

Hi...Please note that the procedure If he change the company is that his visa will not be cancelled just sponsorship will be changed only if he get the NOC from present employer (Has to follow formalities). And regarding loan case if he resign, present employer will inform to the bank and the bank will hold his end benefits and u are supposed to provide salary transfer certificate from new company.. Also note the new company should be under the approved list of bank or else bank may force u to provide guarantor.(depends on bank)..Third is regarding the family, dependent visas will not be affected unless his visa is cancelled.
