Qatar airways interview questions

Hello ALL, I have recently applied for a software engineer post in Qatar airways . HR called me and scheduled an interview few weeks back .Interviewer did ask technical questions , Interview did felt very positive to me . Few weeks passed very quietly without any contact from HR . Yesterday HR called me and said I need to appear for IQ test and Personal interview . Can any one help me understand nature of IQ test and Personal interview . Personal interview is HR interview or they again ask technical questions? Thanks in advance .

You clearly need an IQ test if you dont know what an IQ test actually is. In simple terms it is to establish whether or not ( probably the latter ) you have a brain.
