When Saudi Embassy open umrah visa for Visitors???

I have my parents here in doha with Family visit visa. How and When i can get the visa for them??

If anyone know, Ples advice me soon.

to Lufina: Yes they are in Family visa

Still i check with the travel agent, They told not possible to make umrah visa for visitors.
