Good Afternoon All,

Please help me with ur comments on this issue.i work as a Safety manager for the past months i have been battling with the immigration just to change my profession from a laborer to the position i now Hold.I have a bachelor's Degree in Law and also NEBOSH DIP Certified.But the immigration rejected my application on grounds of my educational field saying it does not fit the scope of our works fitout/interior designing as a result of this i am unable to apply for my wife's visa.Pls just to ask if my NEBOSH certificate can't give me any position just to make me eligaible to get a family status to bring my wife.all other criteria was met just my educational background was the hindrance your advise please....

you can ask your employer to help you and change your contract to a profession which meets your educational field then to get a letter proofing the same.

this is the only LEGAL way.
