Our car insurance is currently with Takaful. It is a comprehensive insurance and its policy renewal is next month.

Couple of questions

1. For renewal is it worthwhile shopping around with other insurance companies? Is so which insurance companies would you recommend?

2. Are there any comparison websites to compare policies or any insurers provide online quotes?

Its our first year in Doha and not sure how it works. Much appreciated thanks

If you move to QIC, you can buy the insurance online and get a 10% discount - this is for 3rd party only.

For comprehensive, you may need to go in but I'm not sure it will be any cheaper...
