What is the best way to transfer money to US bank account?

Hi everyone,

Been in Qatar for 7 months now and finally getting around to setting up a local bank account, but now faced with how to transfer money monthly back to my American bank accounts. What has worked the best for you all? I see my bank, CBQ, offers international transfers but whacks you for 15 USD each time. Any cheaper, reliable options?

Personally, I use paypal. I linked my Qatar bank account and my US bank account to paypal and transfer money that way. It is free, but it does take 3-5 days.
