when i download apps from plat store it writes error 919 or 923 i called the customer service of ooredoo and they let me create new APN but still have the same error
while when i use WiFi it go normal

i did what you told me but i disconnected from the mobil data , but i already saved your setting
my carrier is ooredoo if it gonna change anything
is it gonna appear as icon i choose or just file ??

sorry is it valid for my mobile net work coz i'm in qatar and my carrier is ooredoo
remove the APN, restart the mobile, create Again APN, restart Again and you are good to go... keep in mind, update the play services.
To setup Mobile Internet on your Android device follow the bellow steps:
−> Settings
−> Connections / Network Connections
−> More networks
−> Mobile Networks
−> Access Points Names
−> Open "Options" and choose "New APN"
−> Enter the following:
APN Name: data
Enter 427 in the MCC field
Enter 01 in the MNC field
Enter PAP in the authentication field
APN Type: Internet in Samsung devices and Default in other devices such as Xperia
