Regarding the subject, Actually I send my family on last October 16, 2014. Now I Plan to bring back my family (1 adult + 2 year old kid) on 16th March 15

Seeking advice and guidance that is it required any legal paper like entry visa permit or visa etc.., But they have valid visa 3 yrs since Oct'13

if the exit period is less than 180days you do not require any documents if its more than 180 days then you have to apply for a re-entry visa
