Is it standard job offer????

I got a job offer from a non-profit Govt. Organization as a System Engineer. But it is not clear for me that the meaning of "non-profit govt. organization". If anyone know about that please explain to me. I have 4 years experienced on IT/IT Security field (CCNA R/S, MCSA 2012). They offer me 4500 Riyal with free accommodation and transportation. Is this standard offer for me???

Please give me a suggestion....

Thanks karoly and sohailsa. I am outside of Qatar and eager to move MiddleEast/Europe. But it is very difficult to collect job from outside of country. I am confused what can I do. I am CCNA & CCNSP certified, MCSA 2012/2008, Redhat Linux, ISACA CISA trained.

For System Engineer this salary is too low, Qatar is getting expensive day by day, ask minimum salary 10000 plus accomodation

I believe so. Add 2000 for accom and 500 for transportation. Then it is 7000. Not bad.
