Per hour practice courses or Private Instructors [Driving Test]

Hello everyone

I have recently moved to Doha and have opted for direct test to get my driver's license. I passed the signals test but failed at the L-parking on my first try. I still have one more shot at it. The school is not willing to let me take per hour lessons on the parking (the shortest period they offer is 12 hrs). So my question is, is there any schools that allow per hour practice courses (for less than 12 hours, say maybe 2-3 hours)? Or are all schools the same? Are there private instructor's who can help me?
