UPDA certification for US citizens

Hi,

I would like to get some help regarding the UPDA certification for US citizens. If anyone has done it in Qatar, I would appreciate sharing the information and requirements. I am about to start the process, but I am confused. I am concerned about the police clearance and how to do so in doha as well.
