What to do next?

My company management is giving me false warning letters and deducting my salary just because i am complaining to the management about some robbery from the staff. what to do next. can they put ban or block me in later stage ?

i am worried coz i want to stay peacefully here in qatar but this robbers are staying in our same company accommodation and they used to bring new new used things every night. Else i also dont care them
