Al Ahli Hospital Vs. Primary Health Care Corporation

Hi I am a Nurse. I have an offer to work in Al Ahli Hospital in Doha, Qatar. My offered salary is QR4650. Is that ok? How about working in Al Ahli and the accomodation? I applied also in PHCC but sadly I am still waiting if I pass the interview. I heard that PHCC is a clinic set up not a hospital but the compensation, accomodation and work load are the best. Which of the 2 are better? Thanks!

PHCC...Government institutions would be a better choice for compensation package (salary + benefits) and job security.
