Development of Islamic Technological Products.

Assalamualaikum everyone,
I have recently moved to Qatar and have developed a range of technological products for the Muslim community. My idea is to ensure that through sales of the products a percentage of the money goes to Mosques around the world getting the products for free.
I have spoken to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and they are interested in helping develop the products, however I have been told that I need to pass it through a Qatari Company and also have my project plan and business plan translated to Arabic. In a perfect world I would love to launch them before the end of Ramadan.
Does anyone know any companies I can contact and are willing to trade such products?

Wouldn't it be better to develop a message system that reminds you to fasten your seat belt, put your child in a safe child seat, and switch off your mobile phone?
No it is products made to help Muslims remember their Du'as. For example, when you turn on your car their is a message board that lights up with the appropriate Du'a. Another example is the translation of Arabic to English when the Imam is making their speech before Jummah.
