Medical for permanent visa after visit visa extension for family

I have done the medical test for my wife for visit visa extension. Since she was pregnant they did some PDP test and when result came they gave only receipt stating that she is fit. Now for permanent visa I went with the receipt for conversion. I went to counter 64 in medical commission. The person entered the details in the computer but they did not gave me any new receipt. Just the same old receipt. He even did not charged 100 QAR which I was told by one of my friend. So please let me know if this is it or anything more needed to be done for conversion?
